Busy busy week

A quick catch up on life here in Boston over the past week.  Apart from the piles of reading and hours of number crunching, it's been a week of watching films - well 2 films.  We saw The Social Network (the film about Facebook) and it was very thought provoking. I posted more about the film and what I learnt on the official Saltire website

We have a media room in our apartment block so all the Fellows came round on Friday night to watch the original Wall Street.  Fahd cooked a great curry for us all and then we settled into the lazy boys to watch this 80's classic on the big screen. I managed to stay awake for the first part of the film and our ice cream intermission, then promptly fell asleep until the end credits.

I feel I have missed out on stuff over the past week- the end of the film, the trip to six flags - a theme park with loads of really HUGE roller coasters, Sunday night trip to an almost empty pub, a round of golf - although I don't play, a lovely sunny weekend and the Columbus Day shopping sales.  It's all in hope of passing my (hopefully) FINAL MBA exam this Friday.

Next week there will be more blogging, more pictures, and WAY more fun. Until then I better hit the books for some cramming.  Roll on 5pm Friday - at which time I can be found propping up a bar very close to Bunker Hill Community College after blitzing my exam. Fingers crossed until then.

Useless film fact: Bunker Hill Community College featured in Good Will Hunting.  Right enough trivia. Study time.
