North Carolina

Today I have learnt a lot - 


1. The location of my placement starting in January
2. The position of North Carolina on the map
3. A slightly larger calculator may be required 


So yup, you guessed it - I am off to Raleigh (like the bike), North Carolina to work at IBM starting in January.  


Don't really know much more than that at the moment - except MACD IS COMING WITH ME!!! She is stuck with me again :)

Halloween

I love dressing up in silly clothes so Halloween in the USA was SOOO exciting.  I really wanted to be a fluffy bunny - full fluffy suit including character head.  However, some of my more sensible friends had health and safety concerns - being able to see, over heating, hugs from strangers.  Whilst their arguments were compelling it was the $300 required to purchase the fluffy bunny suit that made me rethink. 

Also during Rob's visit we made it to the Basketball again - woop woop! Celtics won and Number 9, Robinson is still my fav!


Yet again, another busy week at Babson.  I should hear this week where my placement in January will be - fingers crossed for somewhere warm!!
